Facts and FAQs

Conveniently answered.

Props. You can bring your own props. There are available props that are free to use for you and your pets. However, we have exclusive props for specific packages only.

Use of backdrops. Specific packages have free use of one backdrop, but this will be selected by the studio per week. You will be asked to choose another color in our studio if your choice is the color of the week. Backdrops may change based on availability.

Soft copies. We will send your enhanced soft copies through a drive link that will be sent to your email 1-3 days after your session. If you will avail all of the copies from your self-portrait shoot, allow us 2-3 days to process it.

Be on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period for studio arrivals. Latecomers may have reduced studio time or be rescheduled based on availability.

Additional pax and kids. We can only accommodate the number of people based on your chosen package. If there’s an additional person past the number of people on the package, it will be considered an add-on. Our small studio may not be able to accommodate a very large group so kindly notify us if you are more than 5 pax. Note: Children aged 2 years and below are free of charge.

Rescheduling. If you wish to reschedule your slot, please inform us at least 2 days before your scheduled reservation. However, if rescheduling takes place after 2 days, an additional fee of 50% of your package(excluding add-ons) will be charged. If you booked a day or on the day of your scheduled photoshoot, we may be unable to reschedule it. Downpayment is not refundable.

Pets. They are free of charge when they are a part of a package. If you wish to bring pets, please have them on a leash, cage, and diapers before entering the studio. We wish to have a clean and safe studio. If you will be bringing multiple pets, we advise you to also bring someone who can assist or take care of your pets. Sorry, but no elephants and giraffes please :(

Walk-ins are welcome. Though availability isn't guaranteed, we strive our best to accommodate you for the klikü experience. Tip: Try our Lü package!

Privacy. We value privacy, so we will always seek your permission before posting or featuring your photos online. If you want any published photos taken down, kindly inform us, and we'll promptly comply. Also as much as we want to post cute kids online, we obligate ourselves not to. Please understand that this is to protect your kids' identity and respect their privacy. Additionally, we store your photos for one month to allow ample time for retrieval.
